Chicken Stirfry with Cashews

1 lb Chicken Breast, no skin, no bones; cubed2 Tbsp Fish Sauce2 Tbsp OilJuice of 1 lime1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce1/2 cup Chicken stock10 large spears Asparagus, cut into bite sized pieces1 Tbsp Basil, chopped1 Tbsp Chives, chopped1/2 cup Cashews, dry roasted; coarsly choppedSalt to tasteBlack pepper to taste
Prepare ingredients as indicated above.
Toss chicken cubes into 1 Tbsp. of the fish oil, salt and pepper.
Mix cayenne pepper, remaining fish sauce, oyster sauce, and lime juice in small bowl. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in large skillet or wok over medium heat. Place chicken in oil and stirfry until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add asparagus and chicken stock to skillet. Cook until al dente. Add chicken back to skillet along with lime juice mixture. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Add chopped chives, basil, and cashews.
Season to taste. Serve.
