1.0 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.5 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.5 cup Dole Classic Iceberg Lettuce1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup Gizzard, Chicken (boiled)1.0 cup Lentils - Soaked - 1/4 cup lentils to 3/4 cup water2.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice1.0 pita, small (4" dia) Bread, pita, whole-wheat
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Use lime juice and a hint of tobasco sauce for dressing. Alternatively use Greek yoghurt. Serve. Serving Size: 1 bowl
