2.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne1.0 tbsp Salt9.0 tbsp Coconut Oil455.0 Grams Brussels sprouts, fresh8.0 clove Garlic2.0 small Onions, raw70.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
Shred/slice thr brussels sprouts in a food processor and set aside. Add 2/3 of the coconut oil to the pan along with the onions and saute for about 5 minutes or until the onions are tender. Add the spices and ground turkey and cook until the turkey is no longer pink, 15 to 20 minutes. Then add the brussels sprouts and the remainder of the coconut oil and cook until thr brissel sprouts are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
