1.25 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 2 cup Milk, 1% 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 3 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour (by FRESHSTART469) 0.25 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour) (by DEECAFFEINATED) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 85 gram(s) oatbran (by KALLUB)
Directions
Combine liquid ingredients and let sit for minimum of 10 mins. Add dry ingredients. spray griddle with cooking spray . Cook until done. Batter can be runny.
