Ingredients
4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt .5 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 1.8 serving Japanese Matcha Powder (1.0g)1/2 C iceWater (usually ~1/2 C to thin out (or just add more milk)
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender in high or smoothie setting. Sub unsweetened soy milk for more protein. Can also add 1 scoop sugarfree vegan protein powder (vanilla).

Serving Size: Makes 1 16-oz smoothie
