Tex Mex Meat & Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey 1/2 medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage shredded or sliced thin1/2 small Onion chopped1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Shredded Cheese 1 can Tomatoes with green chilies 1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Sour cream optionalJalapeños optional
Directions
Brown turkey and drain. Stir in onions and cook until slightly tender. Stir in taco season and 1/2 c water simmer over medium heat 10 mins. Stir in cabbage to meat mixture and cook until cabbage begins to wilt. Stir in tomatoes. Remove from heat. Top dish with cheese. Bake in 350* oven until cheese is melted and golden. Let stand 5 minutes, cut into 4 servings. Top with sour cream and diced jalapeños if desired. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
