Ingredients
1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt6.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh2.0 cup Asparagus, fresh2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh3.0 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
In a warm skillet, grill mushrooms for 5 minutes. Remove heat. In same skillet, cook chicken for 5 minutes Add asparagus, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles. Serving Size: Makes approx 4 servings
