8.0 serving Irish sausage (Aldi)1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato2.0 carrot Carrots, cooked1.0 serving(s) Large Red Onion1.0 cup Beef Gravy1.0 tbsp Brown Sauce (Aldi)
Directions
Chop all the vegetables to a suitable size and place in the slow cooker Place the Sausages into the slow cooker Add the gravy and a tablespoon of brown sauce Add any extra herbs to taste (e.g., basil, rosemary or oregano) Turn the slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 and leave.
