Southwestern Beef Casserole

Ingredients
16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 cup Salsa3.5 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans1.0 serving(s) Bird''s Eye Southwestern Rice1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1.0 tbsp Cumin seed1.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Brown ground beef with onion (diced) and garlic (minced). Add cumin and chili powder while meat is cooking. When meat is brown, add rest of ingredients except cheese and stir together. Put in a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
