Baked French Bread (Tiggernpooh)

1 Large Loaf (24oz) Stale French Bread (or any mixed combo of bread)8 oz Cream Cheese1/4 cup Maple Syrup10 Medium Eggs1 and 1/2 cups 2% milk* Tbsp. (1 stick) Butter, melted and cooled1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract1 tsp. Cinnamon
Spray 13"x9" pan with nonstick spray. Cube Stale Bread and scatter half of it in pan. cut the cold cream cheese into small pieces and scatter into pan, over bread cubes. cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Pour mixture over bread cubes. Press the bread cubes down to absorb the mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with syrup, jam, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit.
