Keto Tomato Soup

Ingredients
.5 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream 6 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 cup canned diced tomatoes2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Dice tomatoes and toss with olive oil and garlic powder.

Roast 20-25 minutes.

Pour roasted tomatoes with juice and canned tomatoes into blender (or into pan and use immersion blender) and puree.

Pour into pan and heat over low. (If you want salt or basil now is the time to add, not in calorie count!)

Add 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cream and stir.

Remove from heat and enjoy!
