16 oz fat free cream cheese1/2 cup Splenda1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup Egg Beaters4 whole low fat graham crackers, crushed
1) Crush graham crackers.
2) Line 12 cupcake cups with paper liners. Distribute graham cracker crumbs evenly between the 12 cups.
3) Beat cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla extract until smooth.
4) Add Egg Beaters and blend until smooth.
5) Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared cupcake cups. Each cup should take a generous 1/8 cup of the mixture.
6) Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
7) Cool completely. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
