Ingredients
2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .125 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 tbsp Parsley 2 leaves Basil 1 large Egg white, fresh 8 slice (3-1/8" dia x 1/16" thic Hard Salami 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
Directions
Quarter peppers lengthwise and rinse.
Mix together remaining ingredient except salami.
Divide cheese mix among the pepper boats.
Cover with foil and bake 350F 20 min
Remove foil and bake 20 min more.
Serve with marinara.
