Fresh Express 3 color deli cole slaw, 7.5 cup (2 8oz. bags)Canola Oil, .33 cup Cider Vinegar, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, 7.5 tsp Ramen Noodles, 1 package
1. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and ramen packet. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
2.Crunch up ramen noodles and toast until lightly browned.
3. Toss slaw w/ oil mixture then top w/ noodles. Toss together just before serving.
Yield: 15 servings (1 serving=1/2 cup)
