7 serving Hillshire Farm Skinless Smoked Sausage (by WINK32) 2 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1.5 serving Yukon Gold Potato ( 1 medium sized potato) (by RACHA29) 2 cup Green Beans, (Frozen), french style -Green Giant 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Tarragon, ground .75 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Slice and sear sausage then remove from pan. Add olive oil to same page and add diced vegetables and seasonings. Sautee until lightly browned and potatoes almost cooked through. Add vegetable stock and cover with lid. Simmer covered for 4-5 minutes.
