Ingredients
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 119 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 serving Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, Half Breast (by ARNIE77) 1 serving Onion,Large Yellow Onion Sliced (1/4" thick) per slice (by 19TB61) 12 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 2.5 tbsp Chili powder 1 serving Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel) (by LLB4SMITH) 1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) 1 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 tbsp Honey 1 serving Slap Your Mama White Pepper Blend
Directions
Mix tomatoes peppers, garlic, and onions together and saute in 1 tsp of butter of choice. In a bowl whisk together all spices, lemon juice (or lime juice) and honey. In separate pan, saute chicken (cut into strips or chunks) until completely cooked. Add to peppers, etc mixture and cook for 5 minutes to let spices set.

Top with condiments of choice and enjoy.
