1.0 stick Butter, salted1.5 cup, chopped Walnuts4.0 serving Hill Country Fare Grade A Large Eggs2.0 cup organic valley fat free milk2.0 tbsp truvia baking sugar1.5 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt2.0 tbsp active dry yeast4.0 tbsp liv fit superfood blend2.0 tbsp hulled hemp seeds2.0 tbsp ground chia seed4.0 tbsp ground flax seed6.0 cup natural white flour
Heat milk butter sugar and salt in a pan till simmering. Take out and put into a bowl stir and cool til warm then put in yeast.
Mix, then add all the other ingredients and blend knead bread in that let raise for an hour to an hour and a half.
Roll out to separate loaves approximately - 16 oz each. Add your sugar cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and other mixtures together and sprinkle on rolled out dough. Roll into loaves and bake in a glass pan (s).
You may use butter for your filler, but that will increase the calories. Bake at 365 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes depending on your elevation.
Take the loaves out set them on a rack to cool down. Slice as you like and enjoy. Depending on the slice and if you add butter will also add calories.
Serving Size: Each loaf weighs approx 16 oz. Do the math for individual slices.
