Oatmeal Banana Pancake (drb)

Ingredients
0.75 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder .25 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Put oatmeal, banana, cinnamon & baking powder in food processor. Pulse until oatmeal is crumbly and banana is mashed. Transfer to mixing bowl; mix in remaining ingredients. In a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray add 3 to 4 tbls batter. Brown; flip to other side. Serve with fruit if desire.
