16 oz Boneless Skinless chicken breast 4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Best Choice Fancy Shredded Mexican Style Cheese 0.5 cup Salsa 1 cup Old El Paso Mild Green Chile Enchilada Sauce1/2 pkt. Mrs Dash Taco Seasoning
Cook chicken and enchilada sauce in slow cooker on high 4 hours. Shred when done, mixing well.
Add salsa to rice while cooking.
When both rice and chicken are cooked, layer rice mixture into a casserole dish followed by the chicken mixture then top with cheese.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
