Ingredients
1/4 cup *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Sweetener to equal 1 tsp sugar (I use Stevia Extract)1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon1 large Egg (I use organic)2 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients; pour into a 4" ramekin; microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, depending on strength of your microwave. Remove from ramekin; allow to cool enough to handle. Slice in half horizontally. Use both slices for a sandwich or add a smear of butter or coconut oil to each half and toast in toaster for breakfast.

Serving Size: Makes a bun-sized loaf; slice in half horizontally for 1 serving
