Shredded Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
6.5 oz Roast Beef, shredded 1.5 cup White Rice, cooked 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 4.5 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 can Green Chilies 2 cup Tomato Sauce 3 Anaheim Chili Peppers
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 (on confection if you have it) Mix your shredded beef with rice, corn, 1.5 oz of shredded cheese, green chilies, and a few spoonfuls of tomato sauce. Cut peppers in half and seed them. Place in a baking dish and stuff with beef and rice mixture. Top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
