Ingredients
1 cup Fat Free Milk - Lucerne 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g) .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Kosher salt, coarse, Morton (by BLUEJEAN_GIRL) 1 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Combine the milk and vinegar and let the mixture curdle while you mix together the other ingredients.

In a big bowl, whisk to combine the whole wheat flour, truvia, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, and the curdled milk, vanilla extract, until it looks fairly homogenous and smooth. Whisk this wet mixture into the dry ingredients, and stir the two together until just barely mixed. You want any visible loose flour to be stirred in, but there should still be plenty of lumps. If you stir out the lumps, the pancakes will likely be tough.

Preheat griddle to 375 degrees F and spray griddle with Pam Nonstick spray. Add small scoops of batter. cook until done.
