1/2 cup plain yogurt, fat-free (Greek is best)1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 tablespoon honey

    This is wonderful! I've been trying to move to eating plain greek yogurt but I just can't get past the taste. This was just enough to help me! I didn't use the honey cause I don't really like it but it was still delicious! - 4/5/11
