Apple Crumble

Ingredients
* Cinnamon 1tsp * Apples, cooked, 3 cup slices * Butter, salted, 90 grams * Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, 1 cup * Raw sugar, 0.5 Cups * Oats, 0.5 cup
Directions
Rub butter and flour together. Add sugar, cinamon and oatmeal.

Put apple in casserole dish place crumble mix on top and sprinkle with water.

Bake for approx 30 mins in moderate oven

    When I make this I usually sprinkle the cinnamon directly on the apples, then put the crumble mixture on top. I never did the water, but if the apples are dry I add a cup of unsweetened applesauce to them. - 8/30/07
