Jamaican Chicken

Ingredients
3 Tbs fresh lime juice4 tsp firmly packed brown sugar1 Tbs olive oil2 tsp ground allspice1 tsp ground ginger2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, brown sugar, oil, allspice, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, salt and cayenne; mix to form paste. Place the chicken on a plate and rub the chicken evenly with the paste; refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours or overnight (I put mine in a ziplock bag)

2. Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Broil the chicken 6" from the heat until cooked through, 3-4 minutes on each side.

CROCKPOT OPTION:
Place chicken in slow cooker.
Cover chicken with all other ingredients and cook on low 6-8 hours.
