Quick & Easy Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups rhubarb, diced3/4 c granulated sugar2 Tbsp minute tapioca1/2 tsp salt1 c. dry oatmeal1/4 c ww flour1/3 c brown sugar1/4 c butter, melted
Directions
Combine rhubarb with sugar, tapioca, salt. Mix & let stand 30 min. Meanwhile combine oats, flour, brown sugar, with melted butter. Place rhubarb into 8" baking dish. Spread oatmeal mixture on top. Bake at 350 40-45 min. Serves 6.
