Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, beaten .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 3 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits 2 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 2 cups Spinach, fresh
Directions
Saute veggies and bacon bits in small non-stick skillet.
Mix in eggs.
Sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
