Ingredients
3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup, cooked Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water0.5 cup Honey1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry1 cup Mott's Healthy Harvest Applesauce, Blueberry Delight1 cup (dried fruit) Sun-ripened mixed Fruit (1/4c serving)1 tbsp Canola Oil2.0 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
Beat eggs with honey and applesauce. Mix in all other ingredients. Scoop onto parchment lined paper and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serving Size: Makes 28 cookies
