Ingredients
15 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Condiments, Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste (by BEMORESTUBBORN) 250 grams Green Beans (snap) .85 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 16.96 oz Beef, top round, fat trimmed, London Broil, Round Steak, Cube Steak (by TKOISME) 100 grams Spinach, fresh 1 serving Chobani Greek Yogurt Low Fat Plain (2%)
Directions
Blanch green beans. Stir fry peppers and beans. Add meat. Remove from pan (drain if needed). Bring coconut milk to a simmer; stir in curry paste. Stir in yogurt to thicken. Wilt spinach in sauce. Add in meat and veggies.
