5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) .33 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich 1 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.25 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Bird's Eye - steamfresh, mixed veg .25 serving MG Balsamic Vinaigerette 2TBS. Directions
Grill chicken. Thaw mixed veggies and add directly to chopped fresh ingredients, dress with Vinaigrette and chopped chicken. enjoy
