8.0 oz Pork, cured, ham, steak, boneless, extra lean, unheated, cubed1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 cup Potato (cut into bite sized pieces) No Skin no salt6.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tsp Watkins Chicken Soup and Gravy Base1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
