0.75 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 6 tbsp Canola Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Egg white, large 1 tbsp Molasses 1 tbsp Molasses Mild Flavor (Brer Rabbit) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup Truvia Baking Blend (1/2 cup) 0.5 cup, packed Raisins 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp Salt
Bake in preheated over 375* for 18 to 20 minutes. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray before filling. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
