Thai Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 oz Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat 1 oz Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 5 oz Water 1 oz Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Ginger, ground 2 tsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbs Lime Juice 1/2 cup Raisins 7.5 cup bag fresh coleslaw blend 2 Green Onions, finely diced
Directions
Heat oil in a small saucepan over med-low heat.
Add peanut butter, soy sauce, hot water, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ginger and crushed red pepper.
Remove from heat.
Combine cabbage, green onion and raisins In a large mixing bowl.
Add dressing; mix to coat.

Serving Size: makes eight 1-cup servings
