2 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2 tbsp splendido pesto basil (by MJHULL) 2 serving Maple Leaf Bacon - per 2 slices (44 g) (by EMFARKAS) Salt & pepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Slice each chicken breast almost all the way through open like book season with salt and pepper, garlic both sides. In small bowl add cheese and pesto mix to combined, spread 1/4 cup of mixture all over inside of chicken breast. Roll chicken breast to close then wrap 2 slices of bacon around chicken breast. Place in greased baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 20-25 min so there I no pink left but not so chicken is dried out.
