Lisa's Farmer omelette

Ingredients
26 grams fresh red pepper22 gram(s) fresh green bell pepper3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 132 gram(s) Red Mini Potatoes - PC Ruby 28 gram(s) Fresh White Onion Raw5 serving Eggs Large Brown Cage Free, Grain Feed & Free Roaming2.33 serving Turkey--Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links--3 links
Directions
Put olive oil (3 tbsp) in an electric frying pan so ready to heat up when finished with the following:

Mince onion, bell pepper, and red pepper
Dice baby red potatoes
Mix together.

Heat oil and add the above ingredients
Cook until the desired doneness

Add cut up pieces of turkey sausage to the above mixture to heat up.

Mix together 5 eggs, move all other ingredients in the pan to the side of the frying pan and add the eggs.

When one side of the eggs is done, flip over to cook and place all other ingredients on top of the eggs. Flip and create the omelette.
