1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw4.0 oz Cream Cheese4.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded0.5 cup Sour Cream3.0 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g)4.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 tsp Garlic powder
Cut cauliflower in small prices. Fry bacon. Boil cauliflower to soft. Mix cream cheese parmesan sour cream bacon and onions and garlic powder. When cauliflower is drained place on top of cream cheese mixture. Mash like potatoes. Put in 8x8 backing dish. Put cheddar on top and 2 slices of crushed bacon. Salt and pepper.
