2.5 cup Cauliflower boiled 1 cup/ 124 grams (by FUELINTHEFIRE) 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 1 cup Milk, 1% 2 tsp Ginger, ground 6 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt1 tbsp. ground Cumin1 tspn. ground black pepper2 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA)
To begin with I soak the cauliflower florets in salt water for 20 mins and then rinse. Then boil the cauliflower with the ginger and garlic. Cool and puree. Return it to the stove. Add the chicken stock , milk and bay leaves. Bring to boil on medium flame stirring occasionally. Add salt, cumin and black pepper. Switch off stove after desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
