Tuscan Cream Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil .5 tsp Better Than Bouillon 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup Spinach, frozen .5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Use olive oil to cook your protein. Remove when cooked through. Add cream, broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parm to skillet. Whisk over high heat until it starts to thicken. Add spinach and sun dried tomatoes and simmer until the spinach wilts. Add protein back to pan. Good served over cauliflower "rice".
