1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne18.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted2.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried4.0 serving Amy's Kitchen, Organic Vegetarian Refried Black Beans, 1/2 cup0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)2.0 tbsp Great Value Real Mayonnaise37.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt4.0 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed8.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Chop cilantro, red pepper and onion.
Shred chicken.
Drain and rinse black beans.
Combine all ingredients, except greens, and let chill for a few hours or overnight.
Serve on bed of 1c mixed greens.
