Low Fat and Low Cal Moist Banana Date Bread

1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour1/2 c Wheat Bran1/2 tsp Salt3 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda6 packets of Splenda3 Medium sized bananas1/4 c unsweetened applesauce1/4 c egg substitute3/4 c Fat Free Buttermilk1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract6 dates, chopped
Preheat over to 350.
Mash bananas in bowl. Add in egg substitute, buttermilk, vanilla, cinnamon, and applesauce. Mash together until well combined.
Sprinkle flour, wheat bran, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and Splenda on top of wet ingredients. Mix together until combined.
Add chopped dates and fold until dates are mixed in.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in batter.
Bake for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings! YUMMMMMM!
