Mexican Coleslaw

Ingredients
1.5 cup Sweet Corn, Canned2.0 cup Bush's, Black Beans12.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning2.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime14.0 oz Coleslaw, Dole Classic 4.0 grams Cilantro, raw1.0 cup hidden valley coleslaw dressing
Directions
Drain and rinse corn and beans. Finely chop cilantro. Mix beans, corn, coleslaw and cilantro in bowl. Mix dressing, lime juice, taco seasoning and salt/pepper to taste. Pour dressing over salad mix. Chill and serve Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
