Ingredients
Directions
4 cups new potatoes (you can substitute baby potatoes, but the new ones are the best)1 cup table/coffee/light cream1 tsp. coarse sea salt1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
Boil the potatoes in salted water (cut larger ones in half) until just tender. Drain. Return to the same pot and put back on the heat to evaporate the last of the water.
Pour in the cream, add salt and dill. Stir. Allow to come to a low simmer and simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the potatoes are very tender.
