Ingredients
4.0 oz Spanish Peanuts0.5 cup Light Corn Syrup0.5 stick Butter, salted1.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Cool butter sugar syrup until it spins a thread. Then add peanuts (1.5 cups) cook til nuts are fully roasted and mixture is caramel in color, then add soda and stir fast.....pour out onto an oiled cookie sheet. Let cool then break into small pieces
