Chicken bubble up casserole

1 lb Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)1 tube Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough1.3 cup Salsa1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Brown diced chicken, add taco seasoning and mix well.
Add salsa to chicken and set aside.
Dice onion & peppers.
Cut biscuits in to 8 pieces, put half in bottom of casserole dish.
Add half of chicken mixture.
Add half of diced onions and peppers.
Add half of cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Bake, covered with foil in 350 oven for 35 min. Remove foil and bake 15 min longer.
