28 gram(s) Turmeric Raw Fresh 0ne half oz (by AALLEY2) 2 serving Ginger Root - Fresh/Raw (1 Tsp) (by MATT_MILL) .25 tsp Pepper, black 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Grate raw turmeric and ginger into pitcher, add fresh cracked pepper and pour hot water over it. Allow to steep. Drink hot or cold.
(I leave the grated bits in the water the whole time, straining the tea as I pour it into my glass.)
