75 grams Tagliatelle Coop 125 grams Pork Tenderloin 63 grams Carrots, raw 27 grams Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 stalk Broccoli, fresh 1 clove Garlic 0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.15 tbsp Salt 0.15 tsp Pepper, black 50 grams Matlagnings gradde 15% 0.5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 0.25 cube (6 fl oz prepared) Beef bouillon 0.25 tsp Tarragon, ground
1- Cook pasta as by the package instructions.
2 - Cut the pork and the carrots in small pieces. Slice the mushrooms and cut the broccoli in small pieces. Chop the garlic.
3 - Heat up half of the olive oil in a pan and cook the vegetables and garlic in high heat for a few minutes. Then take it out and save it on the side.
4 - Heat up the rest of the olive oil in the pan and put in the meat, salt and pepper until slightly cooked. Then take it out and save it on the side too.
5 - Mix the cream, the mustard, the meat bouillon and the tarragon in the pan and let it cook for some minutes. Add then the pasta, vegetables and pork. Taste it to see if more seasoning is necessary.
