Almond Cheese Rounds

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill or other Finely Ground Almond Meal/Flour 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl to form soft dough. Divide between 6 muffin top pan pressing down to flatten rounds or use lined cookie sheet and place 6 even mounds on paper flatten with back of spoon or spatula.
Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown, Remember some ovens cook faster then others so cooking time may vary, watch them so not to burn.
