Ingredients
454 grams (1 lb) ground beef (93% lean) 460 grams (2 medium) onions150 grams (3 small) carrots 425 grams (approx. 4 cups) shredded potatoes 3 grams (1 tsp) salt, DIVIDED .6 grams (.25 tsp) black pepper, DIVIDED 1 cup (8 fl oz) water .5 tsp cream of tartar 298 grams (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup 61 grams (.25 cup) 1% milk
Directions
Grease the slow cooker.

Slice the onions.

Thinly slice the carrots.

Layer in slow cooker ground beef, onions, and carrots.

Sprinkle .5 tsp salt and .125 tsp pepper over carrots.

Dissolve cream of tartar in water using mixing bowl.

Toss potatoes in water.

Drain.

Mix soup with milk.

Toss potatoes in soup/milk mixture.

Add remaining salt and pepper.

Pour potatoes over vegetables in slow cooker.

Cover.

Cook on low 7-9 hours.
