Oatmeal pie

Ingredients
3.75 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 3 serving dried apricot (5 pieces) 26 almond Almonds .5 oz Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Slow cook a bag of steel cut oats overnight with all ingredients added (plus some salt). In the morning, put into a lightly greased casserole pan to cool. Cut into 15 slices. I take the pieces and freeze them for breakfasts.
