Low Carb Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup almond flour5 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar1 1/4 cup boiling water4 large Egg white, fresh
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degree. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Bring the water to a boil ( will not work if water is not boiling ) . Add water, vinegar and egg whites to dry ingredients while mixing with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Should resemble Play-Doh in texture. Do not over mix.
With wet hands divide dough into 8 pieces. Flatten out, these will expand a lot. Use a greased pan.
Bake 50 - 60 minutes. They sound hollow when tapping the bottom of the bun.
Depending on the brand of Psyllium husk powder you use this bread could turn out purple. So don't worry if dark while baking.
